Snow? Of course!

We went to my therapy session today and it was snowing lightly on our way up to N Dakota. The therapist said I was doing great (even though it hurt a lot. When I got done my husband said we had to go straight home since the snow was coming down harder and faster.  I think I agree with him that their predictions of 5 – 7 inches is not far off, maybe even more!

Heading out to the studio, need to dig out so I can work out there tomorrow.  Not sure in Carol will be working tomorrow, but I hope so. I desperately need another trim. Short hair is fine, and it may look good, BUT it takes several trips to the barber to keep it short and neat (at least on my end!

Frustrated~!

According to the weather aps, we are on a storm watch with an expected 4 – 8 inches by tomorrow.  Normally I love the snow, but I have an appointment out of state tomorrow. I don’t drive in inclement weather.  I could be out in my studio working on perfecting my baskets and doing the cards! But, NO! I am stuck doing mundane things in questionable weather. Just hope it passes us up so I can get up to the appointment and back safely!

Update ~ Health

Last Oct. I fell on my right shoulder and went to the doctor who x-rayed my shoulder and announced I should have surgery due to a damaged rotater cup. Since I could not afford that he told me to do some exercises and if it didn’t heal up he would send to Therapy. Well, to day was the first of 4 sessions. If I show improvement then it is a torn ligament, if not it is a torn rotater, in which case they can’t correct or fix it without surgery (which I can’t afford!).  We will know next week one way or the other. Cheers!

weather roller-coaster …

Seems to me that the weather is acting like a roller-coaster lately.  One week our highs are in the negatives then we are in the upper 30’s to 40’s in the positive. I am glad I now have heat to my studio.  I just got asked to design a set of note cards for the Petrified park! That and my baskets should do great and I won’t have to be in the public eye a lot. Easier on my nerves! Cold front going through this week and then we will be back up the double positives again.
